This role is responsible for providing expert-level functional and technical support for STP Supplier Onboarding ORO Labs Professional. The role ensures continuous process improvement, system stability, solution optimization, and alignment with enterprise-wide strategic objectives to have a deep understanding of Supplier On-boarding Process, with Integration support to S/4 HANA and ORO Labs tool.

Goal of function

Fulfill all the technology requirements for Procurement function e.g. Evaluate, implement new process & tools globally and support existing processes and platforms deployed globally

Organization

The function incumbent reports to: GBS ITS SAP COE Process Lead/ Service Lead

Tasks

  • Understand business requirements to design and deliver the appropriate solutions.

  • Collaborate with other ITS, GBS, etc. teams or Enterprise Excellence teams and externals to deliver appropriate solutions to the business.

  • Oversee tracking &resolution for production support issues, ensuring timely delivery of
    enhancements (BAU), managing escalations, and providing regular status updates to project leadership.

Qualifications, experience, know-how and skills critical for success

Required training and education:

  • Any Graduate/MBA

  • Up to 10 years’ experience in a relevant area.

Required professional experience (in years):

  • Be the technical owner for ORO Labs, with a good understanding of the supplier onboarding E2E process:

  • Maintain the end‑to‑end architecture of the supplier onboarding solution (ORO Labs)

  • Working knowledge to Configure workflows, approval rules, questionnaires, and validations

  • Ensure seamless integrations with MDG, ERP (SAP-ECC, S/4HANA), Risk management tools, Compliance tools, Payment systems

  • Evaluate and implement system upgrades, patches, or new modules

  • Monitor and resolve integration failures impacting supplier creation or updates

  • Incident, Problem, and Escalation Management: Conduct root‑cause analysis for recurring onboarding or integration problems. Coordinate with third-party support teams for timely incident resolution. Ensure stability of workflows and supplier registration portals.

  • System Admin Activities as needed: Manage application settings, templates, onboarding forms, and supplier questionnaires. Maintain user roles & permissions and ensure compliance with security policies. Oversee external supplier access management (e.g., portal credentials)

  • Support Data Quality, Validation & Governance as needed: Support data cleansing or corrections. Ensure global data standards (taxonomy, mandatory fields, naming conventions) are adhered to. Support governance team in enforcement of policies (e.g., duplicate prevention)

  • Collaboration with Business & Compliance Teams : Support procurement, legal, finance, tax, and risk teams in supporting onboarding requirements. Align technical implementation with business processes (e.g., diversity certification checks, AML compliance, bank validation rules). Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions

  • Reporting, Analytics & KPI Monitoring: Develop or maintain dashboards (Supplier onboarding cycle time, Rejection/failure rates, Integration success rates, Compliance completion metrics

  • Documentation & Knowledge Management: Own and Maintain documentation - Technical design documents, Integration maps, Process flows, Field dictionaries, SOPs and support playbooks, Support onboarding of new support staff and business users through training

Technical knowledge

  • SAP Master data expert, Integration/functional SAP MDG, S2C SAP S/4 knowledge

Languages

  • Fluency in written and spoken English is obligatory; a further European language would be beneficial

IT skills

  • MS Office, Office 365, etc.

Product knowledge

  • SAP S/4 HANA and ORO Labs supplier onboarding tool.

Willingness to travel according to the business need, shall accommodate different time zones as per project requirement.
