Job Description:

This position is critical to the Accounts Receivable team within Digital Payments, as it involves making and receiving calls from customers experiencing issues with their payment methods, as well as providing guidance and support to update their payment information. The role is essential for processing payments, creating customer letters, and supporting various other functions for the US–CA team.
