Job Description:
AR is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our US & Canada Digital Payments team. This role involves direct interaction with customers, providing support for payment processing, credit card setup, and general invoice inquiries. If you have strong communication skills and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, this position is for you.
Receive and make calls to customers who need assistance with payment processing.
Support customers in setting up credit cards and resolving invoice-related inquiries.
Manage simultaneous processes, including sending friendly reminder letters, handling re-billings, and resolving cases in Salesforce.
Ensure accuracy and compliance in all customer interactions and financial processes.
Bachelor’s degree or final-year student, preferably in administrative or accounting fields.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Excellent attention to detail.
Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
English level: 90%.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to follow instructions accurately.
Flexibility to move between processes as needed.
Technicians, technologists, or professionals with degrees in accounting, finance, or related fields. (Preferred)
Practical knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
Schedule: Monday to Wednesday, 6:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. / Thursday to Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
