What You Will Do?

The GBS Finance Senior Transformation Change Agent will lead the transformation journey for the Inventory and Product Cost Accounting teams with primary focus on AI and any emerging technologies. Its function will be an enabler for a prompt and full adoption of a trendy transformation mindset and dominion of associated tools, while assuring leverage of technology is made under a strong control environment and delivering accurate results for business partners and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

  • Actively participates in the identification of current and future opportunities to leverage transformation and efficiency tools, especially AI driven.
  • Develop strategies for a fast and long-lasting adoption of disruptive productivity tools among the teams while assuring a strong control environment.
  • Leverage expertise in Product Cost and Inventory processes and systems to connect the dots end to end to consistently help the team to evolve in the operation management, while keeping it agile to accommodate any change on the fly.
  • Be the key change agent towards the democratization of AI and any emerging or trendy technologies.
  • Strong and close partnership with leadership and extended team to assure complete alignment and fully leverage of capabilities.
  • Actively work towards enhancing the presentation of monthly financial reports (i.e. key cost/inventory KPIs, P&L, budget vs. forecast, cash flow, etc).
  • Ensure full compliance with SOX requirements, internal control and APM, particularly associated with inventory and Product Cost.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field. Preferred Master’s degree program completed.
  • Preferred training in AI related technology.
  • 3+ years of experience in finance, controlling or costing, preferably in a manufacturing/automotive environment.
  • Commitment to take on a People leader role upon needed
  • knowledge of Inventory and Product Cost accounting cycle (i.e. raw material, finished goods, etc.).
  • Experience with SAP in finance/controlling/materials-related modules.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in financial reporting and variance analysis.
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in automation and analytics tools, especially Power BI.


Work Properly.

Hybrid: This position requires to work 3 days on site 2 days at home remote on a full-time basis.
