Position Overview:
Responsible for tasks related to support of FX Operations payment products including day to day payment processing, reconciliation, and system upkeep.
What you’ll do:
Day to Day FX related processing: Responsible for duties tied to day-to-day FX transaction processing including reconciliation (Nostro, extract files, etc), trade confirmation (interbank and client facing trades), work queue oversight, payment message processing, investigations, and validation/verification of EOD posting and regulatory files. Must provide a high level of professionalism and customer service. Also responsible for seeking continuous improvement to workflows and adherence to internal guidelines and best practices.
Client Onboarding and Implementation: Complete iBusiness FX and FX product setup and maintenance documentation, work with the FX Back Office team to setup or maintain client profiles according to documentation and troubleshoot FX product issues for existing clients.
FX System Administration and Maintenance: Assist the FX Operations Manager with FX system administration including static data set up and configuration to best meet the needs of clients and the line of business. Will learn proficiency of the FX system and/or the ability to expand that knowledge and maximize utilization of system for optimal results.
Special Projects: Work on additional projects at the direction of FX management to help expand FX product capabilities and improve processes/best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
3-5 years Banking Operations, preferably FX or Wires

Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this role is $59,000 - $77,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
