Indirect FX services are used by custody clients seeking convenient access to market-leading infrastructure to outsource and automate their foreign exchange trades, while StreetFX provides a fully automated, rules-based platform that can increase transparency and efficiency to both custody and non-custody clients. 

We are looking for a motivated individual to support the business including managing the pricing of foreign exchange transactions, assisting with the solutioning and onboarding of new client business and contributing to other team initiatives and projects. The successful candidate will be capable of building effective relationships with a range of internal stakeholders and external clients. The role is based in Boston.

Due to the role requirements this job needs to be performed primarily in the office with some flex work opportunities available.

What you will be responsible for

As FX Client Manager you will

  • Represent the Indirect FX and StreetFX services offered by SSGM to prospective and existing clients
  • Manage and develop internal and external client relationships in order to facilitate foreign exchange deal flow for Markets
  • Work with FX risk traders to ensure effective management of FX market risk
  • Deliver superior customer service and support to both internal and external clients
  • Build and grow the existing franchise by deepening assigned StreetFX client relationships

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree or relevant/comparable professional qualification
  • Knowledge of foreign exchange or related markets or experience gained in a client servicing environment

Salary Range:

$120,000 - $120,000 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
