About the Role

Throughout 2.5-year rotational programme offers aspiring talents with the opportunity to accelerate career growth through hands-on experience across key business functions, including: Corporate Solutions, Human Resources, Operations, Partnership Distribution, Proposition & Healthcare and Technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete rotational assignments across multiple business functions to develop a broad understanding of AIA’s operations and strategic priorities.
  • Participate in company-wide strategic projects, supporting business transformation, operational excellence, and process improvement.
  • Conduct research, analysis, and reporting to support decision-making and project delivery.
  • Participate in the process review tasks during each attachment including review existing process and streamline as necessary to ensure consistency, accuracy of the output and excellent customer experience
  • Prepare presentations and communicate findings and recommendations clearly to management and project teams.
  • Actively participate in structured training programmes, leadership development initiatives, mentoring, and coaching sessions.
  • Demonstrate adaptability, accountability, and a continuous learning mindset when transitioning between rotations.
  • Uphold AIA’s values and professional standards in all assignments and interactions.

Requirements:

  • Final-year students or graduates/post-graduates from recognised universities with less than two (2) years of full-time work experience.
  • Strong academic performance with a minimum GPA of 3.0–3.3 out of 4.0 or equivalent Second Upper Class (2:1) classification.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills. 
  • Self-motivated, and passionate about making a difference, and thrive in a team-working environment.  
  • Flexible and agile towards a fast-moving industry, curious and open to new learning and willing to take on new challenges.  
  • Fluency in English in both verbal and written communication.  
  • Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) would be of advantage.
  • Internship and previous short-term professional and/or graduate experience would be of advantage.
