Who are we looking for?
Position responsible for managing the day to day Fund Accounting service, ensuring that all deliverables are provided to the clients in line with service level agreements and high quality standards. In addition in this role person will take charge of team development and staff management.
Your new role
As Fund Accounting Manager, Officer you will
Perform and/or monitor quality and internal controls for all team deliverables using available systems
Perform NAV Packs & other deliverables review, provide sign offs on deliverables.
Act as an owner of daily/monthly NAV related processes (various recon, securities valuation, ECDIs, Management Fees, Performance Fees etc.) and Product SME (Bank Loans, MBS, Futures, CFDs, FOF, Private Credit, Real Assets etc).
Identify issues and problems in service delivery and carry out necessary corrective action, ensure that Key Performance Indicators are produced and dispatched as required.
Monitor errors, complaints and potential breaches.
Ensure contingency plans exist for the work of the team and where necessary contribute to the business continuity plans and tests.
Participate in the development, testing and implementation of new systems and products.
Manage staff development and succession planning, coordinate On-The-Job trainings.
manage absences, time keeping and holiday/cover arrangements within the teams.
Collaborate on Transformation design initiatives, system enhancements or new requirements.
Establish and maintain good working relationships with clients, third parties and colleagues
Assume responsibility for the implementation of client specific Fund Accounting projects (new business development review, planning & roll out).
Ensure appropriate stakeholders are adequately updated on a regular basis regarding all aspects of your client/s account, highlighting all potential risks with possible solutions in a timely manner.

4 years in Fund Accounting or similar financial industry
Ability to build professional relationships with peers and senior managers within the department
Ability to lead external contacts with clients
Strong numerical, analytical and problem resolution skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
Work organization requirement:
The role requires a minimum of three days per week working from the office
Minimum Salary:
zł132,000 AnnualThe minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.
Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.
In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.
