The PCC Program is an enterprise wide effort with the objective of modernizing and simplifying our custody infrastructure including cash and payment processing. The GD Program lead for State Street Payment Hub plays a critical role in defining the future design of payment initiation capabilities, strategy for migrating off legacy platforms, and ensuring effective execution of the Global Delivery organization of program activities. The PCC Program Lead works collaboratively with clients, internal business units, Product, and Technology to assess the current state operating structure, understand best practices, evaluate vendor technologies, create plans to improve controls, and design and lead the execution of transition to a more strategic operating model.

What you will be responsible for

As Program Lead you will

  • Lead analysis on current operating structure of payment initiation activities and propose strategic future state technical and control environment

  • Work with business leadership, vendors, and other industry sources to understand best practices

  • Establish and manage, in conjunction with business management, tactical and strategic projects to execute on the strategy prepare for PCC program migrations   

  • Design and execute plans with clients and internal teams to ensure effective migration of from legacy platforms to State Street Payment Hub

  • Provide leadership for other Transact Program related workstreams as member of the broader Transact program leadership

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • BS Degree in Banking, Finance, Economics or other relevant qualification.

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the Financial Services industry, preferably related to banking and payment services

  • Experience with operating model and technology platform design

  • Strong analytical and leadership skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience in change management and project management

Salary Range:

$65,000 - $113,750 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
