Overview of the role:

Ensure cross-factory standardization, governance, and continuous improvement of Functional Analysis practices and drive the structured adoption of GenAI within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), in alignment with all delivery factories and corporate functions.

Establish a consistent, standardized, and governed Functional Analysis framework across all factories, while enabling a structured, aligned, and value-driven adoption of GenAI within the SDLC to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability.
 

What you’ll do:

Functional Analysis Governance & Standardization

  • Define and maintain enterprise-wide guidelines, templates, and quality standards for Functional Analysis documentation.
  • Provide methodological direction and best practices for requirement writing, without directly producing functional analyses.
  • Ensure consistency in structure, terminology, level of detail, and traceability across all factories (Gaming, Betting, Digital, etc.).
  • Promote alignment on a shared approach to requirement elicitation and documentation.
  • Monitor adherence to standards and support factories in closing gaps where needed.
  • Drive continuous improvement of the Functional Analysis framework based on lessons learned and delivery feedback.
     

Cross-Factory Coordination & Methodological Alignment

  • Act as the central governance point for Functional Analysts across all factories.
  • Support and guide analysts in adopting standardized approaches and documentation practices.
  • Facilitate alignment sessions to ensure consistent interpretation and application of guidelines.
  • Encourage knowledge sharing and harmonization of practices across business domains.
  • Strengthen collaboration between Functional Analysis, Product, Engineering, and Governance functions
  • Monitor allocation and capacity of Functional Analysts to support workload balancing and planning.
     

AI@SDLC Governance & Structured Adoption

  • Define governance, guardrails, and operating principles for the use of GenAI within the SDLC.
  • Coordinate the adoption of GenAI tools in alignment with factories and other corporate functions.
  • Promote and standardize the use of AI-powered solutions for SDLC such as:
  • Coding agents to support development activities
  • AI-enabled control room capabilities
  • AI-assisted requirement refinement and documentation support
  • Ensure consistent and responsible use of AI tools across teams.
  • Facilitate alignment between IT, Engineering, Product, Security, and Risk functions on AI-enabled processes related to SDLC
  • Monitor adoption levels and continuously optimize AI integration within delivery workflows.
     

What you’ll bring:

  • Experienced as a professional working in Functional Analysis governance and leadership, with exposure to complex, multi‑factory or international environments.
  • Demonstrative experience in managing or supporting end‑to‑end Functional Analysis processes, including standardization, documentation quality, methodological alignment, and continuous improvement.
  • A proven ability to lead, coach, and develop Functional Analysts, managing capacity, allocation, performance, and professional growth across multiple factories.
  • Strong people‑management, communication, stakeholder‑management, analytical, and change‑management skills, with the ability to align diverse teams around common methodologies and standards.
  • In‑depth knowledge of SDLC, requirement‑elicitation approaches, documentation standards, and GenAI‑enabled tools relevant to the role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
