The Professional Services Consultant is a critical, client-facing role responsible for managing the full lifecycle of contractual relationships and ensuring the successful operational delivery of our solutions to a designated account or group of accounts. You will serve as the prime point of contact for clients, driving client satisfaction through exceptional service delivery, project execution, and problem resolution. You will be the trusted advisor who translates client business needs into valuable, delivered outcomes. Responsibilities include hands on execution of projects from creation of requirements through final delivery to customer.

What you’ll do 

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor, fostering long-term relationships with client stakeholders to ensure overall satisfaction and service quality.
  • End-to-End Project Execution: Lead and execute projects from initial discovery and creation of detailed requirements through final delivery including processing jobs.
  • Solution Design & Pre-Sales Consulting: Collaborate with Sales to provide subject matter expertise and design tailored technical and service solutions.
  • Statement of Work (SOW) Finalization: Draft and finalize detailed, accurate SOWs, clearly defining project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Manage communication across all internal and external parties, including presenting technical requirements to implementation teams and providing executive-level updates to clients.
  • Risk Mitigation & Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve potential project risks and client issues, developing and executing contingency plans.
  • Financial & Performance Tracking: Accurately track service delivery KPIs, project performance, and submit final billing requests promptly upon project completion.
  • Flexibility to work overtime and be on-call as required by the business, particularly during critical periods such as project deadlines, month-end, and quarterly closings.

What experience you need

  • We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a proven track record of successful client-facing consulting and project delivery.
  • Bachelor degree in business administration, Industrial or systems engineering or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of professional experience in project management, sales, consulting or client-facing roles
  • English level B2
  • Flexibility to work overtime and be on-call as required by the business, particularly during critical periods such as project deadlines, month-end, and quarterly closings.

Internal Candidates:

  • Must have a minimum of one year of tenure in their current position.
  • No active disciplinary actions within the last three months prior to and during the recruitment process.
  • Must not be on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP).

  • Practical knowledge of SQL, BigQuery, Linux/Unix, SFTP site set-up
  • Experience with Wrike, Casper, Jira, Salesforce, Confluence, Tableau
