Scope: To lead the Functional Solution Tower of Supply Chain within The Magnum Ice Cream Company Global Business Solutions organization and all related shared service processes.

GBS is TMICC’s trusted transformation partner, delivering innovative and integrated solutions from design to delivery. We develop future-fit capability, expertise and technologically advanced solutions to unlock speed, simplicity and operational agility across TMICCs operations.

Employees within GBS partner with multiple business functions who operate across TMICC’s 60 countries, such as Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Services, Consumer Engagement, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Legal, Marketing, Information Technology and beyond. You will become part of the delivery service engine behind TMICC’s hero brands, and will have the opportunity to implement new solutions and processes alongside an innovative tech stack.
JOB PURPOSE:
This role will design, implement and run the future of supply chain organization and capabilities while lead the relevant demerger TSA exit and transition. In addition, you will lead a culture of continuous improvement and transformation, by combining deep operational expertise and visionary leadership with data-driven insights and feedback, to deliver seamless, scalable and digitally enabled customer value chain that strengthen business agility, efficiency and profitable growth.
