As a Functional Product Owner (FPO) for the Quote & Negotiate process, you will play a meaningful role in shaping how we deliver fast, accurate, and customer centric quoting across our global AIR & LCL products. This role is central to our OP26 priorities—designing, implementing, and improving standardised processes that help us reduce sales effort, speed up time to market, enhance customer experience, and strengthen invoice accuracy.
You’ll drive end to end process excellence and maturity, working closely with colleagues across Sales, Pricing, Product, Platform, and GSC to turn business needs into clear, measurable outcomes. Your focus will be on ensuring that our processes are not only thoughtfully designed but truly adopted and continuously improved.
Success in this role means better enablement of frontline teams, faster quoting for customers, stronger process compliance, and a more seamless experience for everyone who interacts with the process.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone with a strategic mindset, strong stakeholder skills, and a passion for improving how things work.
Experience in the AIR/LCL domain across sales, pricing, and operations will be an advantage; however, we equally value relevant transferable skills that you can bring to the team.
You will thrive in this role if you bring:
Experience & Skills
Background in logistics, pricing, commercial, operations, or process roles within AIR/LCL products, or in similar relevant areas.
Demonstrated ability to drive transformation, process optimisation, or performance improvement initiatives.
Ability to translate business/customer needs into clear priorities, decisions, and tradeoffs.
Strong communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders at all levels.
Comfort having constructive conversations to drive alignment and progress.
Interest in leveraging AI and emerging technologies to improve quoting and process performance.
Mindset & Ways of Working
Strategic, structured thinker who can step back, identify patterns, and envision how processes should work.
Curious, open to challenge, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
Collaborative, outcome oriented, and able to bring teams together around a shared goal.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage global Quote & Negotiate processes for AIR & LCL, ensuring strong controls, governance, and continuous improvement.
