The Functional Product Manager (FPM) for Management Reporting is globally accountable for driving process excellence and managing all process levels within the Management Reporting domain. This role leads the design, execution, and continuous improvement of end-to-end processes, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and delivering a seamless user experience. The FPM plays a pivotal role in enabling data-driven decision-making, championing AI-powered automation, and supporting digital transformation across the finance organization.

Key responsibilities
- Own and design Management Reporting processes at multiple levels of granularity, ensuring integration with adjacent domains.
- Define process objectives, KPIs, and performance targets to drive operational excellence and strategic alignment.
- Maintain a comprehensive and current process map library.
- Ensure compliance with process governance standards and frameworks.
- Drive standardization and resolve cross-process conflicts to enable seamless end-to-end integration.
- Monitor daily execution for process adherence and clarity.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives informed by frontline feedback and performance insights.
- Champion AI-driven process automation to enhance efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve reporting accuracy.
- Learn, analyze, document, and standardize processes executed across hundreds of global locations, often operating in silos, to ensure harmonization and scalability.
- Ensure the integrity, consistency, and quality of master data supporting Management Reporting.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of enterprise-wide master data standards and governance models.
- Establish ownership, performance metrics, and technology solutions for critical master data elements.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve master data reliability and usability.
- Lead initiatives integrating SAP S/4HANA and other ERP platforms with reporting processes.
- Support end-to-end data integrity to ensure granular and accurate financial reporting.
- Enable advanced analytics and visualization through platforms such as PowerBI.
- Act as a key contributor to finance transformation programs, aligning reporting capabilities with business strategy.

- Experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, Controlling, or Auditing is an asset.
- Experience in process improvement methodologies (LEAN, DMAIC, PDCA, Scrum, etc.) advantageous.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent qualifications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Process Engineering (preferred).
- Proven experience with SAP (S/4HANA, ECC); familiarity with other ERPs is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to define and manage efficient processes and KPIs.
- Experience in leading ERP data migration and automation initiatives.
- Self-driven with a strong focus on quality and delivering measurable outcomes.
