We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Engineer with expertise in .NET development and AWS cloud services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable applications, while guiding teams on best practices in cloud architecture and modern engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of enterprise applications using .NET Core / C#.
  • Architect and implement solutions leveraging AWS cloud services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.).
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including business analysts, QA, and DevOps to deliver high‑quality solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and performance optimization.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical decision‑making.
  • Participate in client discussions, providing technical expertise and solution recommendations.
  • Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and integrating them into projects where applicable.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with strong expertise in .NET Core / C#.
  • Hands‑on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud‑native application development.
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in fast‑paced environments.
