We're looking for a Fullstack Engineer to join Clara’s Innovation Team. This is a pragmatic, fast-moving role for someone who thrives on shipping features quickly. You will operate in "ultra-fast" mode—identifying opportunities, building prototypes, and delivering production-ready AI solutions that create immediate business value.
Your main focus will be to rapidly build and ship AI features that solve real customer and internal problems. You'll own projects end-to-end: from scoping and architecture to implementation and production deployment. Speed and pragmatism are core to this role—you'll make smart tradeoffs to deliver quick wins while maintaining production quality standards.

Claridians in a hybrid mode split their time between working from the office, talking to or visiting customers, or working from home.
