What you will do

• Build product features across frontend and backend, from spec to launch
• Work on internal tooling used by compliance and ops teams every day
• Write clean APIs, model data well, and ship reliable UI
• Debug production issues and improve observability and performance
• Collaborate closely with PM, Design, and other engineers to deliver outcomes

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience building production software
• Comfort with modern web development and backend APIs
• Strong fundamentals: debugging, data modeling, API design, and writing readable code
• Ability to move fast, ask good questions, and take ownership
• Strong communication and a bias to action

Nice to have

• React and TypeScript experience
• Python (Flask or FastAPI) or Node.js experience
• Postgres and SQL comfort
• Interest in fintech, compliance, fraud, or risk systems
