MSS Security is seeking full-time Security Officer Relievers to work across our Gold Coast sites. This is a roving role offering a diverse range of duties, including control room operations, customer service, and site patrols.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• The ability to work across a number of prestigious client sites, including Universities and Government, in the Gold Coast
• Monitor CCTV systems, perform access control duties and respond promptly to alarms.
• Perform regular foot patrols to maintain a safe and secure environment
• Provide excellent customer service with visitors, contractors and stakeholders.
• Manage building access by checking IDs, creating access passes, and authorising entry.
• Provide efficient crowd control
  
  
   

Skills & Experience

• Full Australian Working Rights
• QLD Security License (Unarmed – Crowd Control – Monitoring)
• Certificate II in Security Operations (or higher)
• Current First Aid and CPR certificate
• Drivers License
• Control Room Experience
• Customer Service Experience
• Must have all required vaccinations as per Queensland regulations (Or willing to obtain)
• 24*7 availability including weekends
