Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications supporting financial data analysis and visualization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine system requirements for new features and enhancements.
Implement responsive and accessible user interfaces using LitElement and modern web standards.
Integrate with backend APIs and services, primarily built in PHP and Java.
Modernize legacy codebases to align with current development standards and best practices.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure robust and reliable software delivery.
Work closely with QA, infrastructure, and data teams to ensure seamless deployment and performance.
Address bug reports and production issues in a timely and effective manner.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments using Docker and Git-based workflows.
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in full stack web development.
Proficiency in PHP or equivalent C-like languages (e.g., Python, C#, Java).
Experience with PHP frameworks such as Symfony, Laravel, or Zend.
Strong JavaScript skills, with 2+ years of experience in frameworks such as LitElement, React, Vue, or Angular.
Solid understanding of MySQL or other ANSI SQL databases.
Experience working on cloud-native applications or platforms.
Familiarity with Git version control and the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence).
Experience with Docker and shell scripting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with AWS services and infrastructure.
Familiarity with Bootstrap CSS framework.
Exposure to AI-assisted development tools.
Experience with CI/CD orchestration (e.g., GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions).
Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
Experience with LitElement in production environments.
Work Environment:
This is a hybrid role with an expectation of on-site presence three days per week. The developer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including QA, data engineering, and platform services.
