🚀 Your next challenge as Full Stack Engineer
At Pluxee, we are building the next generation of employee benefits through technology, data, and operational excellence. What you’ll be doing:
- Ensure the design, development, and evolutionary maintenance of the company's Back-end and Front-end systems.
- Ensure the planning and control of IT projects within the assigned area, ensuring their implementation and development in compliance with agreed timelines, costs, and functionalities.
- Ensure the coordination of user support and application assistance activities related to Back Office, Front-end systems within the assigned areas.
- Define IT requirements for new business services, documenting requirements and processes.
- Guarantee the maintenance and evolution of corporate software platforms according to the strategic plan defined by the manager and based on the collected technical-functional requirements.
- Design, development, and evolutionary maintenance of meal vouchers, gift and welfare systems.
- Support management in achieving project commitments and objectives (scope/timelines/budget) through the proactive definition of relevant processes.
- Definition of B2B and B2C processes related to managed corporate services.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or High School diploma
- Work Experience Requirements: 4 years of experience in IT solution analysis or a related field.
- Languages: Italian (C1) and English (B1)
Technical Competencies:
- Net Framework 4.x
- HTML
- CSS
- JavaScript and/or modern framework
- REST API development and consumption
- Git for versioning
- CD/CI
- Code quality optimization using SonarQube
Nice to have:
- Oracle
- Azure web app e functions
- Azure devops/github
- Flutter (android &iOs develop)
