We have multiple levels of positions available for this position. Level will be based on meeting the What You Will Do requirements, coupled with a broad range of factors such as technical interview strength, subject matter expertise, consultative experience, etc.

What You Will Do:

For the early careers role (T2):

  • Develop backend services and APIs using Golang and contribute to services built in .NET
  • Deploy and support applications in AWS and Kubernetes environments
  • Participate in daily standups and team ceremonies
  • Contribute to code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable deliverables
  • Apply working knowledge of data structures and write SQL queries to support application needs
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members while working remotely

For the Experienced role (T3):

  • Build and enhance backend services using Golang, and contribute to services built in .NET
  • Deploy and operate applications in AWS and Kubernetes environments
  • Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and team delivery rhythms
  • Perform and contribute to code reviews, improving quality and consistency across the codebase
  • Write and optimize SQL queries to support application functionality and reporting needs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to translate requirements into well-designed technical solutions
  • Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement of production services in a remote-first team

For the Senior role (T4):

  • Lead development of backend services and system components using Golang and .NET
  • Architect, deploy, and maintain solutions in AWS and Kubernetes environments
  • Serve as a strong contributor in standups, planning, and delivery execution; help remove technical blockers
  • Drive high engineering standards through thoughtful code reviews, testing patterns, and maintainable designs
  • Design data interactions and write SQL queries that support reliable application behavior and performance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to design solutions aligned to business needs
  • Support production readiness, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement efforts across the platform
  • Influence team practices and contribute to technical direction through best practices and knowledge-sharing


What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
  • Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"
  • Based on our contractual obligations, candidate must be located within the United States and US Citizen.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently, strong collaboration habits, and comfort operating autonomously in a remote environment

In addition to the above, for the early careers role (T2):

  • 2+ year of relevant software engineering experience (1 year of internships and College level projects may be considered as part of the 2 years)
  • Proficiency in Golang for backend development
  • Working experience with .NET (development, maintenance, or integration)
  • Familiarity with AWS and/or Kubernetes (academic, internship, or professional experience acceptable)
  • Understanding of software development best practices (version control, testing, documentation, peer review)

In addition to the above, for the Experienced role (T3):

  • 4+ years of relevant software engineering experience
  • Proficiency in Golang for backend development
  • Experience with .NET services (development, maintenance, APIs, or integration)
  • Experience deploying applications in AWS and working in Kubernetes (or equivalent container orchestration)
  • Strong understanding of software development best practices (testing, CI/CD awareness, documentation, secure coding)

In addition to the above, for the Senior role (T4):

  • 6+ years of relevant software engineering experience
  • Strong proficiency in Golang
  • Strong experience with .NET in production services (APIs/microservices preferred)
  • Strong experience with AWS services and Kubernetes deployments in real-world environments
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality software using best practices (testing strategy, CI/CD, secure coding, design patterns)

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Prior experience in revenue cycle or healthcare technology
  • AWS and/or CNCF certifications
  • Experience with observability tooling (logging/metrics/tracing) and production support best practices

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
