What is the opportunity?
The role is a Full Stack Developer on the Self Support and Modernization team in Tech Infrastructure. You will work with data scientists, other developers and conversational designers to build an AI driven Virtual assistant that will help employees with their tech issues or questions and provide a personalized self-support Tech Support experience. You will also be working on various Gen AI initiatives to help automate support processes across the self support space.
What will you do?
Develop and integrate of platform features/capabilities into the Virtual Assistant to give a better user experience for employees that are experiencing technical issues.
Develop and integrate of conversational flows that are designed by the Conversational designers to assist with getting content into the Virtual Assistant.
Develop and integrate various Gen AI initiatives into our support ecosystem.
What do you need to succeed?
Must Have
Deep experience with Agile/SCRUM that includes both strategic agile planning as well as execution/implementation.
Deep experience with DevOps best practices and the DevOps pipeline
Deep experience with javascript, node, python, typescript and react.js
Nice to Have
Experience with Natural Language concepts and Large Language models
