We are building an AI-augmented engineering culture — team members are expected to leverage AI tools as a core part of their development workflow, not as an occasional shortcut.
We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer with a strong interest in building modern, scalable web applications using .NET Core, Python, React, and TypeScript. While experience is preferred, highly motivated fresh graduates or self-taught developers with a strong passion for learning and growth are also encouraged to apply.
In this role, you will contribute to our global, in-house Business Intelligence (BI) platform. This self-service solution delivers actionable insights across product, customer, and sales domains, enabling the tracking of key business metrics and the easy data validation of business hypotheses. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality full-stack solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, test, and maintain dynamic web applications using .NET Core and Python for the backend and React with TypeScript for the frontend.
• Build responsive and interactive user interfaces, ensuring smooth integration with backend services.
• Collaborate in feature design discussions, feedback reviews, and troubleshooting across the full stack.
• Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and usability issues on both client and server sides.
• Support seamless data integration and maintain consistent performance across the application.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• For experienced hires: At least 2 years of relevant experience in full-stack development.
• For fresh graduates: Strong portfolio, projects, or internships demonstrating full-stack skills.
• Solid knowledge of .NET Core (version 6+ preferred) and/or Python, React (v16+), and TypeScript.
• Good understanding of JavaScript fundamentals, including asynchronous programming, closures, and ES6+ features.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, backend development, and relational/non-relational databases.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Basic understanding of modern front-end build tools, backend deployment, and debugging.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible mindset and readiness to adapt to evolving requirements.
AI-Augmented Development
• Comfortable using AI development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) beyond basic Q&A — you provide system context, architectural constraints, and expected output format when prompting.
• Habit of critically reviewing AI-generated code rather than adopting it directly — you validate correctness, edge-case coverage, and alignment with project standards before use.
Bonus Skills
General
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience in query languages (SQL, KQL).
• Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Experience with in-memory data stores or caching layers (e.g., Redis).
• Experience with reporting or ETL workflows.
• Exposure to other backend technologies.
• Experience in managing and tuning Azure Data Explorer (ADX) clusters and KQL-based dashboards or alerts.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and orchestrators (e.g., Kubernetes).
AI Engineering Capability
• Practices AI-embedded development end-to-end — e.g., Spec-Driven Development or TDD with AI, with reusable prompt templates tailored to different scenarios (API design, code review, debugging). AI is present throughout the development lifecycle, not only when stuck.
• Experience building maintainable AI-assisted tools, agent skills, or multi-agent pipelines to production standard — with clear interface definitions, fallback/error-handling design, and handover-ready documentation.
• Has driven team-wide adoption of AI workflows (e.g., shared knowledge bases, RAG pipelines, code review automation, evaluation frameworks) with measurable outcomes such as reduced PR cycle time or faster onboarding.
