Our ideal candidate is a versatile Full-Stack Developer who thrives in a fast-paced, startup culture where curiosity, innovation, ownership, and agility are key. We focus on telemetry, remoting, and manageability for Centralized Compute environments. This role spans backend development in Python and Go and building and maintaining intuitive UIs. Experience with system observability with Prometheus and telemetry tools is a plus. You’ll work with MongoDB for data management and leverage AI development tools for efficiency.

Key responsibilities are focused on delivering value for our customers:

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python and Go.
  • Build responsive, user-friendly UI components and dashboards.
  • Work with MongoDB to manage data models and optimize queries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and DevOps.
  • Participate in code reviews, architecture planning, and agile development.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the stack, from UI to backend services.
  • Contribute to AI-powered features or data-driven enhancements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Python and Go for backend development.
  • Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., React).
  • Solid knowledge of MongoDB and data modeling.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to learn and apply new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of Client OS fundamentals.
  • Experience designing and implementing telemetry and observability solutions using Prometheus.
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.
  • Experience in integrating AI/ML features into applications.

The pay range for this role is $ $105,050 to $161,800 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
