Full Production Engineering Analyst

Job Description:

• Prepares various documents and operating reports, controls internal and external services performed by outsourced companies and NML, manages service contracts, conducts technical studies aiming at improving processes, and outsourced services, among other activities.

• To manage budget control and report the cost control results based on actual vs plan and its forecasts

• Conducts commercial negotiations focused on outsourcing and/or maintaining administrative services performed by outsourced companies.

• Invoice control, and all R&D payments.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data, create reports, and support decision‑making

• Organizational skills: Strong capability to manage multiple activities

• Communication: Clear and objective communication with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and leadership

• Problem-Solving: Capacity to identify discrepancies, investigate issues, and propose process improvements

• Proactivity: Anticipate risks, flag deviations early, and act to prevent issues.

Software Knowledge:

• Microsoft Office user-level, intermediate or advanced to prepare reports or presentations and control excel tables.

• SAP Knowledge. (SAP4HANNA will be considered a plus)

• Familiarity with Power BI or other dashboard/report automation tools is a plus.

Experience:

• Experience in Financial process, Controlling or related areas.

Education:

• Bachelor´s Degree in Administration, Engineering or related areas.

• Courses related to Business Administration, Accounting, Production Engineering and related (will be considered a plus).

Languages:

• Intermediate English level – reading, writing, speaking (Advanced/Fluent will be considered a plus).
