Job Description:
- Vendor Tooling and CAPEX (Investment & Divestment): Support budgeting, approval flows, and tracking of tooling and CAPEX processes, including investment and divestment activities.
- Tooling Budget Control: Maintain detailed managing of the tooling budget, ensuring proper allocation, monitoring and reporting.
- Tooling Payment Workflow: Coordinate the complete payment workflow for vendor tooling, from request and documentation to approval and final processing.
- Floor Coordination: Daily operational activities on the production floor, ensuring workflow efficiency and alignment with established processes.
- Systems: Support buyers on all purchasing systems (SAP, G2B, GTOP) including interface with related areas (R&D, SCM, etc).
- Contract Management: Support and monitor Purchasing contract activities, ensuring compliance with internal standards and timelines.
Knowledge/Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal relations.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, communication skills and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize task.
Software Knowledge:
- MS Office (Excel + Power Point Mandatory).
- Knowledge of SharePoint, Power-BI will be considered a plus.
- Familiarity with procurement tools and SAP.
Experience:
- Experience in purchasing or related supply chain functions.
Education:
- Bachelor´s Degree in Engineering or commercial background (Administration, Economics, Engineering, others)
Languages:
- Spanish will be considered a plus
