Your Opportunity, Your Team
- The Fulfillment Operations Supervisor supports Cornerstone Brands Fulfillment Operations, and ensures that service levels are being met pertaining to production goals and quality on a daily basis. You will provide training, development, and leadership to ensure team members are productive and successful. You will report to an Operations Manager.
Where You'll Work
- This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Goodyear, AZ fulfillment center daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
What You'll Do
- Meet all service level requirements and monitor workflow of assigned department.
- Responsible for performance related to meeting/exceeding company standards, holding team members accountable, performing follow-ups, and ensuring standards are being maintained at all times.
- Maintain and issue all paperwork related to performance, procedures, and evaluations promptly.
- Train, develop, and give recognition to team members.
- Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Provide excellent customer service with a commitment to perform at or above expected service levels.
- Responsible for daily staffing needs, including the transfer of hours out of and into the department.
- All other responsibilities as directed by CSI management
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years supervisory experience in a Distribution Center environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Distribution, Logistics, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to prepare and analyze reports for production and quality, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets).
- Can train, develop and motivate team members to become successful, thereby increasing job satisfaction and improving retention.
- Strives to exceed all company requirements and industry standards related to the job.
- Promotes a professional work environment at all times.
