Ledcor is actively hiring Fuel & Lube Technicians for civil and mining projects across Canada. These are steady, long-term roles with solid crews, reliable work, and clear direction.

Essential Responsibilities: 

  • Operate fuel/lube trucks to safely service heavy equipment as required and directed 
  • Conduct pre-trip/walk-around safety inspections and completes daily Field Level Hazard Assessments for all activities 
  • Complete equipment inspections, report repairs required and assist in scheduling these repairs
  • Accurately complete and maintenance records and relevant documentation as required 
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with other team members 
  • Be a leader of both safety and production for the team by ensuring compliance with all company, client, and legislated safety policies and procedures 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Fuel & Lube Technician on heavy equipment 
  • Knowledge of parts and servicing of Caterpillar, Hitachi & Komatsu equipment types
  • Demonstrated ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug & alcohol testing
  • Must have a valid Driver's License and clear 3-year driver's abstract
  • Ability to work up to 12-hour shifts in all weather conditions
