What We’re Looking For
To help us achieve our mission we’re looking for a Frontend developer. We are product-obsessed. Everything we create needs to be better than any existing version of it on the market - and you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that standard is upheld.
✔️ 2-6 years of experience in frontend development.
✔️ Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science
✔️ Bias for action - Fast-moving and execution-focused.
✔️ Experience with Next.js is a plus
✔️ Experience collaborating with product-led growth models or self-serve SaaS is a plus
What You’ll Do
✔️ You'll be focused on frontend development of our recruitment platform, working mainly with Typescript and Next.js.
✔️ Build and maintain performant, scalable frontend features.
✔️ Collaborate closely with our backend and design team to turn ideas into polished user experiences.
✔️ Own frontend architecture decisions and contribute to technical direction.

We talk through a typical frontend engineering problem we face at Spott to learn more about how you think as an engineer
