Execute the system configuration, customization, maintenance, repair, and design of core systems. Partner with cross system teams to ensure scalable and repeatable technology solutions support business and stakeholder requirements.
YOUR IMPACT:
• Strong frontend development experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Next.js App Router required. Familiarity with monorepo architecture (eg. Nx) and Tailwind is a plus.
• Familiarity with modern PaaS hosting platforms such as Vercel or Netlify is preferred, but not required.
• Experience using npm for package management and GitHub for version control and collaboration.
• Familiarity with GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines, or other CI/CD workflow platforms is a plus, but not required.
• Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and handling data formats like JSON and XML. Comfortable using Postman or similar tools for API testing.
• Familiarity with web infrastructure tools for WAF, DDoS Protection, CDN, etc, such as Cloudflare, Akamai, or others, is a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of modern SEO principles, responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards (eg. WCAG).
• Experience working with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for event tracking, measurement, and performance insights.
• Develop clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, following industry best practices to ensure the support, upgrades, and maintenance of business systems.
• Familiarity working in agile and scrum methodology environment to ensure SDLC timelines and stories are completed.
• Takes full ownership of assigned tasks, delivering high-quality work independently and reliably within established timelines. Regular attendance and availability during core working hours is expected.
• Communicates clearly and respectfully with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver technical solutions and support collaborative problem solving in a remote environment.
• Contributes to a positive team culture by being open to feedback, sharing knowledge, and collaborating across functions to supports shared business and technical goals.
• Serve as an SME through incident management and support escalations and knowledge management use cases.
• Exhibit the use of best practices, methods of solution design and debugging.
• Conduct customizations, implementation, upgrades, document management, and support of the business-critical systems.
• Ability to develop unit test plans and tests cases, to ensure customizations and configurations are well executed before deploying into production.
• Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Four (4) or more years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Development, documentation, process flows, manage multiple tasks, ITSM, troubleshooting, configuration, operations systems, database, messaging.
• Written and verbal communication, customer service, stakeholder alignment, relationship building, time management, team collaboration skills.

Pay Range:
$91,800.00 - $153,200.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
