As a key member of the Private Asset Valuations team, the Front-end UX Product Manager will work closely with developers and internal stakeholders, including valuation specialists, to create and maintain high-quality digital products that meet the needs of our clients. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our valuation services are accessible, efficient, and engaging.
Responsibilities & Impact:
The Front-end UX Product Manager will enhance the user experience by applying user-centered design principles, conducting research, and iterating on product designs. By focusing on the client-facing aspects of our products, the specialist will ensure that users can easily navigate and utilize our valuation tools, ultimately driving client satisfaction and engagement.

The responsibilities of the Front-end UX Product Manager include:
Conducting user research to gather insights on client needs, preferences, and pain points.
Defining the product vision and strategy from a user experience perspective, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Collaborating with UI designers, developers to create wireframes, prototypes, and final designs that enhance usability.
Engaging with internal stakeholders and valuation specialists to collect feedback and insights that inform product development.
Mapping user journeys to identify opportunities for improvement in the client experience.
Reviewing design concepts and providing feedback to ensure user-centric solutions.
Overseeing usability testing and incorporating user feedback to refine product designs.
Communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure that UX aligns with overall business goals.
Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user engagement and satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Graphic Design, Computer Science, Interaction Design or Business; advanced degree is a plus.
3+ years of experience in product management or UX design, preferably in the financial services sector.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices in UX/UI, including user research, creating user personas, journey maps, and information architecture.
Solid understanding of financial concepts and terminology relevant to private markets.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, or Adobe XD.
Excellent analytical skills to interpret user data and feedback effectively.
Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate design concepts and collaborate with stakeholders.
Experience in conducting user research and usability testing is highly desirable.
