To assist, greet, and direct members and guests as they enter The Lifestyle Center.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education
Preferred: High school diploma


Experience
Preferred: Previous reception experience

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Good oral and written communication skills
Knowledge of basic math skills
Ability to organize, analyze and troubleshoot issues.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential

Greets members, takes membership cards and enters members into the computer system for utilization and returns cards upon departures.

Collects membership payments.

Answers the phone and takes messages.

Cleans cafe area, makes coffee, and restocks supplies.

Stocks clean towels and changes dirty towel bags when filled.

Re-stocks merchandise and front desk supplies.

Straightens and restocks locker room areas.

Sells merchandise.

Informs management of problems or complaints regarding the facility.

Attends monthly staff meetings, annual in-services, and maintains vaccines as required by the hospital.



Additional

Opens/closes the facility.

Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care and services appropriate to the population served on the assigned unit or work area.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Pay Range

$18.84 -$28.26
