This beautiful grade II listed building and former HQ of the Port of London Authority has 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments of which 31 units are in a FS run transient rental program, a stunning ballroom which has hosted the inaugural Reception of the United Nations, 5 meeting rooms, a stunning destination spa with 8 treatment rooms, hammam, steam, sauna and swimming and vitality pool, and a fantastic Food and Beverage offering including Mei Ume (Chinese/ Japanese cuisine) and Rotunda (all day dining, afternoon tea & bar).

Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team!

Join one of London’s most iconic luxury destinations and become the welcoming face of Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge. We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Receptionist to deliver exceptional service and create memorable experiences for our guests.

The role:

As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience. This high-profile position plays a vital role in setting the tone for their stay. You will handle check-ins and check-outs, manage guest inquiries, and provide personalised assistance to ensure every interaction reflects the Four Seasons standard of excellence.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet guests warmly and manage all aspects of their arrival and departure

  • Handle check-in/check-out procedures efficiently using Opera PMS

  • Respond to guest requests, questions, and concerns promptly and professionally

  • Liaise with other departments to ensure guest needs are met and special requests are fulfilled

  • Maintain accurate records and process payments securely

  • Provide local knowledge and recommendations to enhance the guest experience

  • Uphold Four Seasons’ standards of service and presentation at all times

What you bring:

  • Previous front desk experience in a hotel is essential

  • Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

  • Proficiency in computer systems; Opera PMS experience preferred

  • A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest service
