As a Front Desk & HR Admin, you will be the heart of the office, the first point of contact for anyone who arrives at our Or Yehuda office. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment while supporting the daily operations that keep the team running smoothly, providing support for HR & Welfare activities.
Hybrid work model-  four days in the office, one day from home.

What you’ll do

  • Manage shipments and deliveries  
  • Manage the back office for all welfare team administration 
  • Greet, identify, and direct all visitors in compliance with security standards
  • Handle all mail from and to the office 
  • Manage the office equipment supply 
  • Support welfare activities 
  • Onboard new employees 
  • Manage 10bis, shuttles, gift systems, and other vendors

What you bring

  • Service-oriented, strong interpersonal skills, ability to work well in a team
  • Fluent in both Hebrew and English
  • Excellent command of Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
