Publish a steady flow of relevant, timely social content in line with our social media strategy.
Collaborate with external photographers and videographers.
Assist in planning and executing weekly social content calendars.
Support digital campaigns and content activations across all social platforms.
Engage with athletes, teams, and partners on social media to drive interaction and visibility.
Assist with digital coverage of major events, including on-location posting and storytelling.
Monitor social media performance and provide input on best-performing formats.
Contribute ideas for new content formats, platform opportunities, and ways to grow our audience.
Ensure consistency in tone of voice and visual identity across all channels.
Have hands-on experience creating social content (video, reels, stories, short-form vertical content).
Understand how communities think, feel, and interact online.
Are confident capturing content quickly and creatively with your smartphone.
Can work independently on-site and adapt to dynamic race or event environments.
Enjoy engaging with fans, athletes, and stakeholders in an authentic, positive way.
Are proactive, organised, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
Bring fresh ideas, stay curious, and aren’t afraid to experiment with formats.
Know Instagram, TikTok and YouTube shorts inside out and understand platform trends and behaviours.
Communicate clearly and collaborate easily with internal teams and external creators.
Have a basic understanding of analytics and can interpret social media insights.
WHAT YOU BRING
2+ years of experience in social media, content creation, digital communication, or similar.
Strong writing and storytelling skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Experience creating, editing, and publishing short-form content.
Familiarity with planning tools, creator workflows, and social media best practices.
A creative mindset with an eye for detail and timing.
Ability to travel to key events when required.
Experience with sports, events, or fast-paced environments is a big advantage.
Knowledge of graphic or editing tools (CapCut, Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.) is considered a plus.
The role is mostly on the weekends.
