Freelance, Influencer Marketing Specialist

Own revenue through creators with full focus on performance. 

At Loop, influencer marketing drives sales. In this freelance role, you will take full ownership of revenue focused influencer campaigns, turning creator partnerships into a predictable growth channel. You will work with clear targets tied to conversion, CPA, and ROAS. From selecting creators to scaling winning content through paid media, your work will directly impact ecommerce revenue. If you care about numbers as much as creative quality, this is where you can make measurable impact fast. 

 

The role 

As an Influencer Marketing Specialist, you’ll turn influencer campaigns into measurable revenue growth. You will plan and execute influencer campaigns built around clear commercial goals. That means defining revenue targets upfront, selecting creators based on data and audience fit, negotiating performance-based agreements, and briefing content designed to convert. 

 

In your daily work, you will track campaign results closely, optimize live activations, and align with the Performance Marketing team to scale top performing content through paid social. While brand visibility matters, revenue is the benchmark. You will test offers, formats, and creator tiers, then turn insights into structured frameworks that improve results over time. 

 

What you’ll do  

  • Own influencer campaigns end to end with clear revenue targets 
  • Launch and manage influencer campaigns with CPA, ROAS, and revenue goals 
  • Secure usage rights for paid amplification and scaling 
  • Track campaign performance closely and build clear reports with actionable insights 
  • Optimize creator selection and negotiation terms based on campaign results 
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing creator partnerships 
  • Collaborate with the Performance Marketing team to scale top performing creator content 
  • Turn campaign insights into repeatable frameworks that improve results over time 

 

You won’t 

  • Focus on reach without understanding conversion and revenue impact 
  • Run campaigns without clear tracking, attribution, or performance targets 
  • Treat influencer marketing purely as a brand awareness channel 
  • Wait for detailed instructions before taking ownership of results 

 

How you’ll succeed

You are comfortable being accountable for revenue outcomes and confident in making data-based decisions. While others focus on reach, you focus on conversion and profit. You work independently, communicate clearly, and move fast without losing structure. Feedback sharpens your approach, and performance pressure drives you to improve results. You understand that strong creative plus disciplined tracking leads to growth. 

 

What you’ll bring 

  • You bring at least 5 years of experience running influencer campaigns with clear revenue results 
  • Strong understanding of attribution, tracking links, discount codes, and paid social scaling 
  • Experience working with DTC or ecommerce brands 
  • Proven track record managing budgets tied to performance targets 
  • Work independently while knowing when collaboration adds value 
  • You’re comfortable navigating change and ambiguity, with a strong sense of when work is ready to ship and when it can evolve
