Why we need you

The Fraud Technology Product Manager is responsible for owning, operating, and optimising all SaaS‑based fraud detection, prevention, and case management platforms used across the organisation.

This role sits at the intersection of fraud operations, technology, and vendor management, ensuring all fraud systems are implemented correctly, stable, well‑supported, and continuously enhanced to meet evolving fraud risks.

The role ensures that the organisation’s fraud technologies are configured effectively, integrated smoothly into operations, and deliver maximum value by enabling early detection, precise decisioning, and operational efficiency. Your drive and ideas will help us move faster, improve smarter, and stay ahead of the game.

What you’ll be doing

Managing a team of product specialists, you will be responsible for:

  • Management of all fraud‑related SaaS platforms (e.g., onboarding fraud, transaction monitoring, device intelligence, behavioural analytics, case management tools).

  • Establish and maintain system governance standards.

  • Develop and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and configuration logs.

  • Ensure all fraud platforms are compliant with internal controls, security requirements, and regulatory obligations.

  • Assist with end‑to‑end implementation of new SaaS fraud tools, including requirements gathering, vendor coordination, and integration design.

  • Guide specialists in the configuration of rules, risk scores, workflows, alerts, queues, and routing logic.

  • Manage the process of Sandbox/UAT, functional testing, and readiness for go‑live.

  • Facilitate and manage the process for turning fraud operational needs into technical configurations.

  • Coordinate incident response with IT, Cybersecurity, Data, and vendors.

  • Manage day‑to‑day relationships with SaaS solution providers.

  • Track SLAs, product roadmap updates, release notes, and feature changes.

  • Prioritise enhancements and manage change requests.

  • Collaborate with internal IT architecture, security, and DevOps functions.

  • Drive automation opportunities to reduce manual operational effort.

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives aligned to fraud risk strategy.

  • Produce regular reporting on system performance, incidents, trends, and improvement initiatives.

Essential skills you’ll bring to the table

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects without dropping the ball

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work

  • Adaptability – you stay sharp, productive and positive in fast-moving environments

  • Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field

  • Experience with fraud SaaS tools such as LexisNexis, ThreatMetrix or similar

  • Technical & Systems expertise

  • Leadership experience in a similar environment

  • Fraud domain knowledge

  • Operational skills

  • Stakeholder and vendor management experience

  • Strong analytical thinker with a problem‑solving mindset

  • Technology‑curious, adaptable and proactive

  • Calm under pressure, especially during incidents or system outages

  • Passionate about fraud prevention and digital risk innovation

Desirable skills you’ve got up your sleeve

It would be great if you also have some of the following skills:

  • Industry Certifications (e.g., CFE, CAMS, fraud tech certifications)

  • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS platforms

  • Previous experience in online gaming or casino industry

  • Knowledge of gambling regulations and compliance requirements
