The Franchisee Recruitment Manager is responsible for Inspire’s franchisee recruitment strategy for new and existing franchisees generating a consistent pipeline of potential growth opportunities. This includes, but is not limited to, integrated frachisee recruitment marketing, vetting and qualifying leads leveraging technology tools, and working cross-functionally with the development and communications teams.

Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience
Minimum of 2 years franchise recruitment experience
Responsibilities
Franchisee Recruitment
Create, implement, and maintain franchisee lead generation and recruitment strategy and processes
Identify new, and grow existing franchisee recruitment channels (targeted marketing campaigns, industry channels and events, etc.)
Initiate, plan, and execute Inspire-led franchisee recruitment events and discovery days
Manage logistics and budgets for approved franchisee trade shows and brand conferences, conventions, owners’ meetings, etc.
Develop and maintain franchisee recruitment and lead generation performance metrics and reports (funnel ratios, CPL, CPS, lead source data, etc.)
Lead Evaluation and Qualification
Identify and pursue franchisee lead pathways to nurture potential relationships focused on growing quality leads pipeline
Design, create, and maintain franchisee lead scoring to adequately evaluate and qualify leads
Establish and implement lead intake forms for websites, events, and marketing efforts, ensuring tracking capabilities (UTM parameters), are in place for ROI
Work with Franchise Development team to ensure criteria for evaluation of leads is aligned to brand objectives and goals
Work with Systems and Operations Manager to implement lead scoring and tracking in CRM
Marketing Assets
Create and maintain franchisee recruitment marketing assets – collateral, advertising, etc.
Establish and maintain a repository of Inspire franchisee success stories and case studies to leverage in targeted marketing channels
Support Inspire’s growth narrative related to development and franchisee success
Miscellaneous
Provide assistance with ad hoc projects as directed
Required Knowledge, Skills or Abilities
Restaurant franchisee recruitment experience
Restaurant franchisee sales experience
Event logistics and management
Organized and methodical with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities
Working knowledge in Excel and Power Point
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with a Mac and Apple software applications
