Job Description Summary:

Position Overview:
This intern role will support various franchise-related strategic and operational initiatives and will provide a granular view of The Coca-Cola Company and how we work with bottlers.

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

  • Help in the development and execution of priority initiatives

  • Support on-going performance management

  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel

  • Diagnose root causes of positive and negative commercial and operational variances

  • Troubleshoot any on-going issues and challenges

  • Identify growth opportunities

  • Interest in the beverage industry a plus


Education Requirements:

  • Areas of study may include (but not limited to): Operations Management, Finance, Business, Economics, Management, any other Analytics-related field 

  • Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree or have graduated from their degree program no earlier than December 2025

Monthly Salary (undergraduate): $4,506

Monthly Salary (graduate): $6,066
