About this Opportunity:
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for providing thought leadership and analysis of key business needs, both internally and externally, and recommending courses of action as needed. Primary responsibilities include: conducting financial analysis including financial modeling, profitability analysis, cost reduction opportunity reviews, return on investment, monitoring business issues, and determining impacts to bottom lines. For Internal and External Candidates:
Candidates must work in-office at one of the following locations for at least 3 days per week: Omaha, NE.
In this role, you'll get to:
Analyze organizational performance metrics to identify emerging issues and opportunities
Perform financial analysis including financial modeling, profitability analysis, return on investment, monitoring business issues, and impact to bottom line
Consult with senior management and provide financial information and recommendations to ensure financial stability and profitability
Oversee strategic initiatives and lead change projects throughout the organization
Perform various analytical functions, including analyzing proposed introduction of new programs, potential acquisitions/dispositions, capital budgeting, competitive analysis, etc. and provide actionable insight
Research industry trends, competitors, etc. as necessary
Assist in preparing Quarterly Board package, lender, and internal management reporting packages, including analytical review and graphs
Develop an understanding of all competitive advantages and weakness of the organization, identifying additional opportunities and threats through examination of competitors
Work with other departments to develop systematic ways to collect data to monitor business activity
We're looking for talent who:
Has strong presentation, influencing, and communication skills - both face-to-face and remote (net conferencing)
Preferably possess advanced Excel is a pre-requisite. Knowledge of macros, pivot tables, data mining (SQL)
Has experience with business intelligence concepts and software is highly desirable
Has ability to perform well in challenging complex environments, working well under pressure, and prioritizing within tight deadlines
Has strong problem solver - generating good ideas and practical solutions to a wide range of business issues
Is adept at adjusting quickly to changes in organizational structure and business processes
Has undergraduate degree or relevant work experience in related field
Has minimum of 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst
Owns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization

Salary Range:
$72,860.00 - $110,014.00The pay listed in this posting indicates the estimated pay at the time of this posting; however, may vary depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
