YETI is searching for an individual to fill the role of FP&A Manager supporting the European business in Financial Planning. Based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, this role will report to our Senior FP&A Manager, and will be a key business partner, providing key financial support for the European business.
The FP&A Manager will serve as the primary finance business partner to YETI’s Europe commercial leadership team. This role is heavily focused on revenue forecasting, margin drivers, and commercial performance, translating sales, pricing, mix, and promotional activity into clear financial expectations and actionable insights.
You will own the Europe revenue forecast, support channel and market planning, and provide forward‑looking analysis to guide growth, trade‑offs, and investment decisions. This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations, and requires strong commercial acumen, analytical rigor, and executive‑level communication.
Responsibilities
Revenue Forecasting & Commercial Planning (Primary Focus)
Own monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue forecasts for Europe across channels (DTC, Wholesale, Marketplace, Distributor) and key markets
Partner closely with commercial leaders to translate volume, pricing, mix, promo, and distribution plans into financial forecasts
Lead forecast reviews and challenge assumptions to improve forecast accuracy and predictability
Develop driver-based revenue models, including new product launches, expansion initiatives, and promotional events
Margin & Profitability Analysis
Provide insight on trade offs between growth and margin, including promotional ROI and channel mix shifts
Business Partnering & Decision Support
Act as a trusted finance partner to Europe sales and marketing leadership
Support commercial decision making through scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and business cases
Deliver clear financial narratives explaining what’s changing, why, and what actions are required
Reporting & Performance Management
Lead monthly performance reviews on revenue, margin, and key commercial KPIs
Prepare Europe level commercial reporting for senior leadership and Global FP&A
Provide variance analysis versus prior forecast, budget, and prior year with a strong storytelling lens
Planning Processes & Tools
Support the annual budget and long-range plan for Europe with a revenue first perspective
Improve forecasting processes, templates, and models to drive consistency and automation
Partner with Global FP&A on planning tools
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
6–9+ years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Business Partnering roles
Strong experience in revenue forecasting and sales‑driven financial modeling
Experience in consumer goods, retail, or branded products strongly preferred
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with planning systems and BI tools
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively in a matrixed, international environment
