What will you do
Act as a strategic finance advisor to regional and corporate leadership, driving data driven decision making through advanced financial analysis, KPI tracking, workforce analytics, and end to end support of transformational initiatives. Serves as a central finance focal point connecting FP&A, Transformation, Controllership, HR, and Operations.
How will you do it
Lead KPI tracking and performance analysis for EMEA special and strategic initiatives, translating financial and operational data into actionable insights.
Prepare and deliver complex ad‑hoc financial analyses, leveraging Workday headcount data and OneStream actuals, plans, and outlooks.
Provide finance leadership and analytical support to strategic and structural initiatives, including:
Coordinate Long‑Range Planning (LRP) activities in close partnership with Regional Finance Directors and Regional VPs, ensuring alignment with EMEA and corporate financial objectives.
Serve as the primary finance partner to the EMEA Transformation Lead, providing end‑to‑end financial oversight of transformation initiatives.
Analyze, interpret, and challenge forecasts, plans, and actuals for transformation initiatives captured in Wave.
What we look for
5+ years experience in Financial Planning and Analysis or equivalent
experience in Accounting/Finance.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Ability to work in complex financial systems environment.
Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated, while being active team player
Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to influence across the organization and work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
Salary compensation starting from 3300 EUR/month gross (plus a monthly bonus) based on relevant experience
