About This Role

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join us in this mission, to be a self-starter, entrepreneurial thinker, deeply analytical and detail-oriented, but capable of working in a structured manner to thrive in ambiguity. You will also be instrumental in creating future strategic plans with the goal of boosting revenue streams.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting for the Profit & Loss Statement, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet.
  • Partner with Business Units to provide timely insights into actual performance, prepare monthly and quarterly forecasts, conduct variance analysis between actuals and forecasts, and drive forecasting accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Business Units to identify risks and opportunities, analyze growth trends and margins.
  • Perform regional consolidation of actuals and forecasts, and generate insights to support senior management decision-making.
  • Support the preparation of materials and presentation slides for regular internal and external stakeholder meetings.
  • Automate and enhance the efficiency of various FP&A processes.
  • Define key performance metrics for the organization, align with stakeholders, and lead implementation efforts.
  • Manage end-to-end special projects (e.g., problem definition, hypothesis testing, solution implementation, and tracking).

About You

  • Qualifications
    • Possesses at least a Diploma in Finance / Accounts, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • At least 1-4 years of relevant work experience (comprehensive training will be provided).
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
  • Skills & Qualities
    • Strong attention to detail; hands-on, organized, and able to multitask effectively while maintaining high-quality output.
    • Ability to prioritize and thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
    • Capable of driving projects end-to-end, including problem definition, solutioning, stakeholder management, implementation, and tracking.
    • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • People management experience is an advantage.
    • Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
    • Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL and Python is a plus.
