Create Competitive Edge
- Take lead to prepare and compile financial reporting packages and all related materials for management reporting during the Monthly business Review (MBR) processes, Quarterly Business Review (QBR), to provide accurate, reliable analytics and work together with different functions for root causes for variances to targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Actively participate in the preparation of the Goal, quarterly and monthly forecasts as required, work with related functions to come out reasonable Goal and forecasts, drive conversations with functions to optimize business results, and ensure accurate submission in system.
- Support new initiatives’ business and financial analysis
- Work together with accounting team to ensure proper accounting closing;

- Business partner and commercial finance role to actively understand customer’s need and provide timely and accurate financial data and meaningful analysis to GTM team to support business decision.
- Work as super user for financial information systems (BPC, BW, SAP).
Build Great Talent
- Work closely with each function to understand business requirement and their need in order to provide data analysis effective and meaningful.
- Assist in addressing ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests from Global and Regional management as required.

- Well understand business model and story behind sales, simplify forecast and analysis process and data submission.
- Provide suitable support which can meet company target, adapt and give quick response when organization or business changes.
Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree major in Finance, Economics.
- 10+ years’ experience in Finance and Accounting related areas with financial planning and analysis experience. Manufacturing industry experience is a must
- Team leader role experience and big 4 experience will be a plus
- Demonstrate strong analytical and numeric skills with ability to analyze financial results, assess financial/strategic impacts of business decisions.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
