About the scope

Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Tower is part of Global Business Operations and act as a strategic finance business partner to the company top management. We co-pilot the market General Manager and Finance Directors to deliver sustainable profitable growth for the company while protecting the company equation and assets. We deliver actionable insights through the interpretation of financial and statutory data, the coordination of the planning cycle to deliver the company targets. About the role

  • Collaborate on strategic projects to improve efficiency.

  • Partner with functions to drive performance, providing financial and commercial expertise while ensuring delivery of financial targets and maintaining a robust control environment.

  • Establish effective relationships with senior partners and peers, delivering accurate reporting, actionable insights, and support for long-term planning.

  • Ensure policies and procedures are understood and followed across teams and markets.

  • Perform in-depth financial analysis to generate insights that advise business decisions.

  • Deliver the annual plan, maintain monthly performance rhythms, and provide forecasting support.

  • Provide support and mentorship on planning, analysis, and forecasting across teams.

  • Resolve complex problems independently and deliver timely management reporting, including BPM reports, O&R, extended WC, and cash flow reporting.

  • Play a key role in preparing the Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan, ensuring completeness of profit center and market figures.

  • Support finance processes requiring business judgment with thorough and timely analysis

  • Acts as a resource for other team members;

About you

  • ​Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.

  • 2-3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Controlling, or similar.

  • Strong accounting knowledge and financial/commercial analysis skills.

  • Proven involvement in a global FMCG or fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Experience in a Shared Services environment is a plus.

  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with collaborators at all levels and adapt to diverse market environments and cultures.

  • Hands-on experience with BW, SAP, and PowerBI, with strong data extraction and analytical skills.

  • Proficient in English.
