The FP&A Lead Analyst will join the Imaging FP&A Center of Excellence based in Monterrey, serving as a core contributor to a world‑class analytics organization focused on Excellence & Decision Intelligence.
This role is designed to transform data into insights and insights into decisions, establishing a standard way of thinking across the Imaging segment. The analyst will support financial planning, performance management, and investment analytics while driving standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.
Operating within a defined heartbeat and operating rhythm, the role partners closely with Imaging FP&A leadership, SBU finance teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure prioritization, transparency, cadence, and clear separation of signals vs. noise. Through strong business immersion, process discipline, and advanced analytics capabilities, the analyst helps elevate FP&A maturity and enable better, faster, and more consistent decision‑making across Imaging.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- A minimum of 4 years’ financial work experience, including FP&A.
- Strong analytic skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers
- Proficient English
- Clear thinking/problem solving: successfully led projects/process improvements within operations/finance functions; able to quickly grasp new ideas
- Adaptable/Flexible: being open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or to work in ambiguous situations
- Solid PC skills: experience with financial systems/applications (i.e.: Oracle, Hyperion, Business Objects, etc.), strong Excel and Power Bi skills in data compilation and aggregation (i.e. pivot tables, VLookup, Macros, and dashboarding)
- Experience working in global business environment with sound understanding of global process and transactional flows
- Excellent communication skills: experience working across multiple levels (including executive level), functions and region
- Experience working in a matrixed environment
