FP&A Associate – Expense Reporting

Overview

ISS STOXX' Financial Planning and Analytics team partners closely with business leadership and teams across Finance to lead business analysis, lead forecasting and planning, make informed decisions, and communicate effectively with business leaders and the Board of Directors. We are looking for a fast learner and a hands-on contributor to participate in strategic discussions with the CFO and senior business management.

Responsibilities
 

  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual management reports for presentation to Senior Management.
  • Support the preparation of external financial reports for the Board of Directors and equity holders.
  • Maintain, enhance, and optimize budgeting and forecasting models to support business projections.
  • Conduct ad hoc financial analyses and provide insights as requested by Senior Management
     

Qualifications
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or management accounting.
  • Advanced Excel skills preferred (Power Query and Power Pivot a plus), familiarity with SAP system
  • Demonstrated strong analytical capability, with high attention to detail and a structured, hands-on approach to work.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and adapt effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team; fluency in English required.

Work Location & Schedule
 

  • Primarily on a non-traditional/mid-shift (1PM-10PM) but will be required to work on a traditional shift (9AM-6PM) during the first six months.
  • Hybrid working arrangement (at least 3 days' work onsite per week)
  • Office located at 12th flr. Ayala North Exchange Tower 2, Ayala Makati
