About the Position
We have an excellent opportunity available for a FP&A Analyst to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. You’ll be working in a high-performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You will be reporting to FP&A Manager.
In brief, you will be responsible for
Support the FP&A team in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling activities, ensuring accurate planning and performance tracking
Contribute to preparation and tracking of Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB) initiatives, ensuring proper cost control and spending governance
Assist in monitoring cash flow and working capital drivers, supporting initiatives to improve cash visibility and discipline
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build Strategic Plan, and Annual Operational Plan
Support monthly closing and forecasting cycles, driving data accuracy and timely reporting
Assist in the preparation of management presentations and financial summaries for internal stakeholders
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields
0-2 years of experience in financial planning
Strong computer skills, especially in Excel
Able to access large volumes of unstructured data and organize information
High levels of attention to detail with a focus on accurate output
English with an ability to understand and communicate clearly and effectively
Strong communication skills
