Position Overview

The FP&A Analyst has primary responsibility to gather, interpret, and use complex data to develop actionable steps that will improve processes and optimize results. Day-to-day, it's an analyst's job to assess company data, review detailed information, and analyze it, looking for trends or areas for improvement. The primary purpose of a FP&A Analyst is to support the business by analyzing processes, workflows, and systems to identify opportunities for either improvement or automation.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead analytical projects from inception to completion.
  • Apply advanced statistical and analytical techniques to solve complex problems.
  • Develop a deep understanding of business metrics and tools used for reporting across the company

  • Data validation of Business and regular Global performance reports.

  • Understand and support the enterprise financial analysis (Market P&L, rebate impact, rebates vs. margins, among others)

  • Support the monthly performance overviews, variance analysis and signals key messages from the data communicating trends, risks, opportunities

  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Develop and automate data collection and reporting processes.
  • Provide support and guidance to junior analysts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's or University Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field
  • 4+ years of related work experience
  • Knowledge of Management Information, Business analysis, and Financial Planning Processes

  • Evidence of strong communication skills; genuine team player; individually Accountable for Results

  • Fluent in spoken and written English, other language skills are also valued.
