Job description

Responsibilities: 

  • Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cycles  

  • Supporting month-end reporting and BU management reporting packs 

  • Producing insight and commentary on variances, trends, and risks  

  • Building and maintaining financial models to support decision-making  

  • Work closely with business leaders and IT, be the go-to-person for SW Capitalization process  

  • Responsible for Japan Entrustment process  

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, Mathematics, Economics  

  • 5+ years experience in Corp FP&A,commercial finance or analytical roles 

  • Strong modelling and analytical skills, with the ability to build clean, scalable, and insightful models 

  • Business acumen and solid understanding of accounting concepts and financial statements 

  • Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling skills; Ability to translate data into clear insights and action items to drive business decisions 

  • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively across multiple teams, build strong relationships and support decisionmaking. 

  • High attention to detail with the ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure. 

  • Support the strategic business initiatives and participate in ad hoc projects as needed, conducting deep-dive analyses of various business topics 

  • Change/Growth mindset  

  • Sense of ownership and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment  

Bonus: 

  • Ability to leverage AI tooling to automate the mundane and focus on the "why"  

  • Prior experience supporting engineering function in Tech industry  

  • Recent experience using Hyperion, Oracle
